The location of the studio is between Dodge and
Blondo Streets on the east side of 108th Street. The
neighborhood is on the west side of Interstate I-680.
Directions from the North:
Take 108th St. south from Blondo St. You will go
of 108th. After you crest the hill you will see a
park on your left (east), turn left (east) on Nicholas
Street. Proceed on Nicholas to 105th St. Turn right
(south) and proceed (1 block) until you reach Izard.
Turn right (west) and 10517 will be the 2nd house
on your left. Please park in the driveway. Parking
is only allowed on the North side of Izard Street.
Blondo Streets on the east side of 108th Street. The
neighborhood is on the west side of Interstate I-680.

Exit Dodge Street at the Old Mill Exit (east of 114th St.). Proceed north on 108th Ave up the hill towards Crown Plaza
Hotel. 108th Ave turns north into 108th street. There is a park on the right side (east), just after the park, turn right (east)
on Nicholas Street. Proceed on Nicholas to 105th St. Turn right (south) and proceed (1 block) until you reach Izard. Turn
right (west) and 10517 will be the 2nd house on your left. Please park in the driveway. Parking is only allowed on the
North side of Izard Street.
Entrance to the Studio is in the back of the house. Please follow the driveway around to the backside of the house and enter
through the door located on the back of the house.
